Meditation question

Hey :3
Lately, i've been able to meditate more effectivly, for hours on end, which is great, i've finally got it down. However, whenever i meditate, once i've been doing for about twenty minutes, i start to feel dizzy, and detached from my body, and i just want to know if that's normal, and if not, what is goin on >.

It sounds like your astral projecting,If you're not sure whats happening at the time your astral body will jerk back in to your physical body which may be the cause of the dizziness, if it happens again and you want to try it just stay calm and observe the feelings and everything around you. If you dont wish do it make sure you ground your self before a mediation, persnally I like to visualize tree roots coming from my feet and going all the way into the earth.

Yeah, that sounds pretty accurate as to what's happening, everytime it happens, i become aware of it and snap back. I dont realize i'm doing astral projection, so is there any way that i can keep it going without snapping back, it's really disorientating :3

I would think just be calm and know in your mind thats what you're doing so it doesn't come as a surprise to you, and just go with what your inner self is telling you to do, the minute you feel scared or panic you will end up back in your physical body.
Normally if you think of a place your astral body will take you there and when you want to go back you just think of your physical body or your home and you should be back in as one Lol.
Good luck with it.

I'm going through something similar. I don't experience being light-headed until after I've decided to end my meditation. I've been grounding and it still happens. It feels like I've just gotten off of a ferris wheel, and I've been keeping myself still until it passes, which doesn't take long.

Is this normal as well?

Hi Pwalls, I think you may just be coming out of your meditation a little to quick just end it a bit slower with reqular breathing before you stand up, you should get used to it after awhile, and just keep staying still until it passes if you're still getting the dizzy feeling.
