Okay, soooo upon attempting to open your third eye, i know one of the things youre supposed to see is colours/ visions/ a kaleidoscope effect. i personally get the kaleidoscope effect when my third eye is opening and sometimes visions of other places.

what do you see in third eye meditation? what method do you use for chakra/ 3rd eye/ clairvoyant meditations? i wanna know your experiences/ opinions. =D

thanks x

I have seen all types of things through my third eye. I use basic meditation to open it but when I was younger I used sounds (uuuummmm). I also hear, smell, taste and feel things better when I do open my third eye more than my standard open 65%.

I meditate and and focus on my third eye opening. This skill takes time and practice to get. I can fully open it in about 15 seconds.

When you are starting out it will take longer to open. I remember meditating for over an hour when I was 14 and started trying to open it on command. It is like learning to do anything else it will be slower at first but once you get it down you will be able to go from 0 to 60 in less than 60 seconds.

To practice try sitting or laying down and focusing on your third eye see it open in what ever way works best for you. I see mine like a round portal that opens from the middle and gets larger in a circular fashion. Some may see it like a door or like an eye that opens. Witch ever way you see it just keep practicing and you will get it to open.
