Been waiting 6 years for this lawsuit to end and still I haven't heard anything. What's a spell I can use to release this more quickly?

There are a few spells here on the site for it, I'm sure. I'd sugest creating one of your own, personally.

You could try something for luck or money drawing, something to tip the odds in your favor a bit. However, it would still take some time. It won't work overnight. Magic tends to work in more subtle ways.

Try making a money sigil and burning it on flash paper (rolling paper, it is thinner and is said to bring quicker results) burn the sigil with the flame of a green candle with a money sigil inscribed on it and it anointed with an oil of your choice. Visualize what you want happening throughout this process.

I'm sorry to be so pedantic, but flash paper and rolling paper are not the same thing. Flash paper uses nitrocellulose to accelerate the flame. Rolling paper is thin paper used for rolling cigarettes, and cannot have an accelerant like nitrocellulose, else the entire length of the paper would burn the instant the cigarette is lit.

That said, a lot of commercial cigarette papers have bands of accelerants and inhibitors thanks to both complaints and safety concerns. First the mild accelerants were added, because people were complaining their cigs were extinguishing when left unattended (the tobacco is rolled tightly enough to require forced airflow to propagate the ember). Then came the problem of abandoned cigarettes starting fires, so bands of an inhibitor were added to keep a lit cigarette from burning too long if left unintended.

Well you could go about it using light magic like the above suggest or you could try spells that manipulate people into moving in a direction you would like.

I thought I would add my 2 cents to the paper problem, for burning sigils I really like Mulberry Paper. The kind you buy in art stores for making cards and scrapbooking. It is all natural, comes in every color under the Sun and burns really quickly.
