Hi, i am not completely sure but this could be muscle spasms? I get the same thing occassionaly but if the doctor says you are healthy i think it's normal. Regular stretching and some exercise can help too. :)

Having that kind of pain may be anxiety, panic, chest injuries, muscle spams, nerve problems etc.

If you've been worried about something lately like a job interview etc.. that could explain the anxiety or even panic.

If you've hit your chest area against something, maybe you fractured a bone or just 'cause a injury.

Could be physical or could be psychological ( anxiety, panic etc ).

I'd suggest some relaxing techniques.

Meditation is a good tool to calm the body down and take your worries away.

when you're stressed your body tenses up [though you may not notice] and prolonged stress could cause muscle pain. depending on how severe your anxiety and stress is, you might consider speaking to a counsellor. stretching can help, relaxing in a hot bath can also [it will help your muscles as well] you might also wish to get into a regular meditation routine, journalling can help you work through your anxiety, deep breathing can as well. grounding is another good technique to bring you to the present since anxiety usually stems from fears about the future. i personally found St. John's Wort helped me, but i advise to speak with your doctor first, as it can had many negative effects if used too much [i took one capsule a day in the morning. when i took it before bed i experienced night terrors.] it's hard and painful, but it's better to address the subconscious pain through a healing process over taking a bunch of pills to numb the pain, as it will only grow and get worse over time. best of luck to you.
