Can a entity become real?

I know this question sound silly, but i have my reasons.
Last year, one of my friends said that they had been seeing a man walk around the house. Like a ghost, and it would talk to her, and ask her questions. Sometimes he would repeat what he said. I went over her house to spend the night, and during the night, i saw the man. She thought that it was her imagination the whole time. As time went on, my friend said that the man stopped appearing, and a week after that, we both saw him moving into the house across the street. This happened last week. She went to talk to the man, and he told her that she was a very nice person. I honestly wished i would have taken pictures when this all started.
So, can this happen? I thought that they only travel through the spirit world. Maybe what we witness was a coincidence?

Maybe he was physical all along. .. Which would be creepier if you ask me

How would he have been able to manifest as a spirit, and wander my friends house? I was very fascinated by the whole thing. I actually tried to search the man on the internet, but there are no records, no phone bills. Then again, maybe he changed his name.
His name is Charles Winston. At least, thats what he told me. We tried to ask him about this stuff, But he would always leave at that second.

A spirit is a spirit for a reason. Maybe the man was asking her questions because he was getting familiar with the place, hence why he moved in.

IF the man is still living in that house he moved into, it seems to me that this is a pedophile moving in. I'd call the police.

Spirits cannot take physical form, though I have witnessed possessions and performed a couple of exorcisms in my day.

Are you sure your seeing this for real. In rare cases a spirit can appear real to the senses but never actually be real. Some cases these are actually dreams, when your in a dream in most cases you don't know its a dream. When you wake up your brain starts censoring everything that it knows isn't real. This is when you begin to forget a dream. Sometimes the brain can't tell the difference and thinks the dreams are reality. Could still likely be a spirit but probably still not taking a physical form

Im sure he is real. My friend and can both see him, as well my mother and some of the neighbors.
Creepiest thing, I took a picture of myself in my friends home, and a shadowy figure with at hat was standing behind me. I wanted to cry too, when i saw.
Someone told me it could be shadow people? And the man could be haunted by them or something. But that still doesn't explain how he appeared in a ghostly, transparent form roaming the house, them somehow, a man that looks like him appears.
Im starting to think someone is playing a messed up joke on us.

Very intriguing. Too bad you guys will be private messaging about it now. I wouldve like to heard more about this. my take was that a spirit, already in your friends house, was for whatever reason showing you something in advance. whether it is to forewarn you guys or simply attempting contact with you in a way you cannot ignore will be for you to decide.
