need experts guidance

I m really new to these thing...so I want an expert to teach me...special interests are energy and forces

Hello & Welcome. Everything is made of energy. Energy is never created or destroyed but changes. The key to using energy in magical practice is meditation and focus. Just my view / opinion. :-)

Note that I am not an expert by any means and I do not understand what you mean by forces. Did you mean spiritual forces? Did you mean elements?

If you are new, start with basic stuff, articles, join in a coven, learn the basic and show your knowledge. It is a bit hard someone simply take another person (maybe with no knowledge) and just start teaching...this forum is full in information, so, try by this way
