Mental Block

Here lately I've been having a bit of trouble remembering dreams,staying focused,meditating etc.I cant help but think that i'm experiencing a type of mental block but am unsure.Any tips and advice on what this block is and how to rid myself of it would be great. Thanks :)

Its nothing that you're doing wrong? I needed to stop drinking much coffee, sleep more and other stuff to back in the right way for my exercises (meditation for example).

keep a dream journal next to your bed. tell yourself before you fall asleep "I will wake up after I dream and I will remember the details of my dreams" or some such.

I used to feel a kind of fog in the morning for sometime and then I did a really thorough 30 day cleanse of my digestive tract and felt amazing afterwards. it really helped

Hm,I dont drink coffee and a regular basis.Here lately I have been drinking a good bit of soda and eating sweets though (holiday occasions). Also,I've never been good at remembering dreams maybe the journal would help.Thanks for the tips guys they where helpful :)

Dreams journal helps a lot! and I usually use specific hours to record my dreams, like 06:50am or 07..etc

As I consume a lot of caffeine and don't have a sleep pattern, so I use some type of tea (but I would not recommend this way).
