Would Athena appreciate a male devoting themself to her?
She really seems to lean towards female devotionals.
Anything would help really.
Thanks.

Historically a great many men praised and worshiped Athena. She is a goddess of wisdom and war. It is typically Artemis who prefers the worship of virginal women, I believe.

Athena Is an Ancient Greek Goddess. (hellenic paganism)

She was indeed the Goddess of wisdom (*), justice, law, civilisation, craft and intelegence. (In some cases in modern times she represents education)

She is similar to the roman Goddess Minerva.

Symbols that represent her: olive tree, shield.

(*) ( Aris was the God of war)

In odessey the belief that Athena appreciated m en was first introduced but I do not neccesarly think it has to do with the gender. It could be related to one's intellegenge (like in the case of Odessey) or one's ability and faith.

Athena is one of the main goddesses I work with, she seems pretty happy considering its been 3 years since I began working with and worshiping her.
I guess, the only thing I noticed she doesn't like is rude, immature people.
Other than that, she appreciates all people.
