Dizziness after spells
By:
Every time I cast a spell I get really dizzy and feel like I'm going to faint. For example, I did a speed up time spell earlier, I drew an hourglass on my left palm and immediately after,I was overcame with dizziness. Then the hourglass faded soon after, not because I washed my hands or sweaty palms. Is this normal?

In all probability the dizziness is caused because you have not properly grounded and centered before and after doing the spellwork. That means that all the energy in the spell is being taken from your own personal energy. This will often result in becoming dizzy and lightheaded, getting headaches, or other unpleasant side effects.

i used to feel a lot dizzy after sending telepathic msgs. Do we need to ground ourselves for that as well?

I cannot say it was a dizzy feeling for me but when I cast a first spell or one of my first I felt something afterwards, I rather enjoyed the feeling.

I learned this the hard way. Definitely ground your self after doing a spell, especially a one that requires a lot of energy work.

Great ways to ground yourself:
*Go sit outside on the ground (literally ground yourself), and place your hands on the earth
*Eat something salty and drink lots of water
*Take a sea salt bath, just add Epsom salts to your bath and relax
*meditate

I figured out what the feeling I was experiencing afterwards.

Exaltation of spirit. Ecstasy. Mystical exaltation; euphoric exaltation. I also felt drained, but not negatively, nothing negative.

As you spoke of grounding, I am glad you listed those things, those are things I enjoy doing regardless.

What if I became extremely dizzy after CGS through meditation? Granted I haven't done it in months, but nothing was wrong with me before doing so. I was actually sent home early from work because my face was getting super red after moving even slightly. (Not a good thing when you work in sales )
