Signs..to look for in you

I know there are signs of a cast working that you will see around you....but I was wondering if there are any signs to look for within yourself? such as how one feels within themselves i.e "changes" etc?

obviously the ultimate sign of the cast working is seeing the end result, the manifestation of what you have asked for....i wondered more along the line of "while you are waiting" for it to acctually manifest. :)
