Whats something thay my deity would take in return for there help? Any suggestions?

one way is a sacrifice....but we dont do that anymore....well some of us dont

Many household goods are used as sacrifices nowadays. They include:
Wine
Cake
Grapes
Milk
Chocolate
Cheese

Knowing which items are sacred to your deity will help with choosing.

Which Deity do you work with? Deities often have particular wants in terms of offerings in exchange for their help. Without knowing which Deity you work with it's hard to tell you what that particular Deity might desire.
