Severe headaches

Greetings everyone, I hope you are all faring better then I am. About six hours ago when I was meditating, a powerful oppressing pain struck my mind out of nowhere. I'll admit that I am prone to attention migraine headaches but this one hasn't even weakened after I have taken medicines for it and I feel that I am only getting weaker every time I try to do something. Is there anything at all that can be done about this before it gets any worse? Anything at this point would be helpful.

I know this sounds obvious, but have you tried changing your diet and drinking more water?

I used to get those- I ended up in the ER a few times. The doctors told me I was getting cluster migraines, where I would get a series of migraines in a concentrated spot in my head and they'd come and go like contractions. Severely painful, and not easy to medicate. They told me it was brought on by stress. Definitely stop in to see your physician if things continue, and keep up with staying hydrated and what not. Be mindful of any herbs/candles/oils you might be using while meditating - headaches can be caused by some of that stuff too.
