Importance of exercise

I've had a lot of physical struggles in my day... from too much drowsiness, to stress overload, and worse. Mostly mental difficulties. I think I've finally figured out what my problem is. I need to lift weights.

Why do I have to lift weights? Well that's what I'm about to explain here. I have a lot of physical and mental struggles when I don't lift weights. i've noticed that after about 30 minutes of weight lifting I am much more settled and under control. I also have a much easier time getting everything done. Things in general are much easier after 30 minutes of weight lifting. I have to do this every day at least twice or three times a day or I otherwise have too many struggles. I didn't realize this until just recently.

Good practice. Keep it up. I do various exercises for at least 30-45 minutes. Doing exercises would release the blocked energies in the body parts and this energies connect to the mind and the mind becomes calm and stress-free. It is a good way to connect your energies and build up concentration. Also the sweat released shows the the movement of thermal energy in the body and the energy being released.

Yeah... I usually do sweat after the 30 minutes. And since I have to do this in order to keep things under control, I'll probably have some real hard-core muscles later, ha ha ha. :)

You need to eat healthier as well,excercise alone can't do much if there aren't proper elements for it inside your organism...
