I'm new to magic and have only done candle rituals with crystals and meditation. I have never actually cast a spell. I want to awaken my magic within, open my third eye for strong intuition or psychic ability and i also want to renew a relationship with my ex that I'm still completely in love with and i believe he still loves me too. Are these spells ok to start with? Or should I be starting with more simpler basic ones? I am open to any advice. I seek only the good and light powers. I want to stay on the positive side of magic.

Meditation
Grounding
Centering
Visualization
Sheilding
Basic Spell Casting
Spell Ethics (I.E. Free will)
How to cast spells
To "awaken the magic within":
I would suggest thinking about what magic is, what it's purpose is and how you plan to use it. This will help you find your magical "path." You already are full of magic, you just need to learn how to use it.
To open/balance your 3rd eye you could use:
Crystals
Blue sapphire
Opal
Blue Tourmaline
Plants
Bay leaf
Spruce
Saint-John's-wort
Aromatherapy
Cajeput
Lemongrass
Vocalization (2 times a day for 3 minutes)
Use the vowel sound e like in "m ee t"
Affirmations (Say at least 10 times a day)
I am in touch with my inner light.
I let my fantasy run free.
I listen to my inner voice.
I let my intuition guide me.
For doing that love spell:
I wouldn't suggest it as Love spells get tricky since they encrouch upon free will and as you have said, you've never actually cast a spell before.
Sorry I'm so late responding, just saw your reply..thank you for your advice. I do appreciate it...I do meditate almost everyday and I do grounding and visualizations. I done small spells but if the renew relatinship spell is too advanced then what would be a more appropriate one for reconciling or bringing back a lost love?
