I need some easy spells to get/ make a minion/servant. I need them to do things for me (nothing super bad), and they should be more light, or dark, I don't really care :)

Try looking into thoughtforms and servitors. There are multiple posts in the forums about them and how to make one. There's even articles concerning this.
Ok I find this to be a humorous post. I understand it is a serious question but the answer does not have to lay in the arcane. I am going to stay morally ambiguous for this response but it's actually quite simple. If you have a dominate personality and confidence than subjugating those with far less is easy. Regardless of your personality type you need to look to those who see themselves as less than you. Look for patterns in people such as strangers, associates, even friends. People are predictable despite contrary belief. Signs include those who just talk about you constantly and tell stories about you whether they were there or not. Often times they may actually remember more detail as they care more than you probably do. I personally believe having as you call a minion has certain advantages but these people are not to be overly taken advantage of or abused. They put their trust in you and look up to you and you owe them that much. So be good to your minions and reap the benefits. Morally however it's really messed up but funny ;)
What really is a spell? The physical words or the intent and emotion behind it?
As long as the intent, emotion, and in some cases luck, is there, then any spell has the potential to work. When you already believe that a spell won't work it's almost impossible to get it to work for you.
I pose to you this hypothetical question.
If you believe in yourself, your abilities, and magic, then what is beyond your reach?
