Can we cast 2 different spells for the same thing...like i casted a spell for my wish-one full moon spell and other candle wish spell...but it didn't got fulfilled...so is it that my 2 spells clashed somewhere or the other...so does this mean that i shouldn't cast spells for the same thing???

Think of it as wording a request two different ways. Either way you word it as long as you speak clearly the person your speaking to will understand it. In my opinion your spells wouldn't clash as your simply asking for the same result via another means. Clashing is more likely to happen when two opposing forces in this case spell collide such as if one spell called for good luck and the other bad, you either might have a period of good luck and bad or vice versa or the spells might cancel each other out. In the end I doubt the failure of your wish spell was the uneccesary second casting.

The smile implies joking but I'll reply anyway just incase. It means that I see no reason for you not to cast two spells at the same time, but not that there is any reason to do so.
