all spells use energy of some sort. care to be specific?

Its the caster decision to decide if ones simple or not;however,it is best that you write your own spells.;)

I would read through the Spell Casting forums, as well as investigate some of the articles on this site concerning that topic. You asked a very broad/vague question.

What specicfic spell are you looking for? There are really know energy spells, mainly this is working with your chakras and energy of your body and around you. A lot of people use or practice with energy manipulation. Its really highly effective but takes a lof practice and time. And sometimes you don't always see results right away.

every 1 has there own thoughts on it. so ill just use a different word. powerspells happy?

As in ways to draw energy from something else to use in magick? You really don't need a spell for such a thing, you can borrow the energy from the elements around you.
