See Ghosts?? And Spirit??

I know that they exist. But I want to see them. Are there any techniques I can do to see spirits and ghosts???

Not really,it's a gift/curse you're born with or you create a bond.

How can I create the bond????? Is it dangerous creating it????? After it us done?????

Try working with your chakras. From the bottom to the top. But i do advise that you don't go about seeking such gifts, these are something earned.

Seeing ghost and spirits could be useful-you definitely know if they're here but it can also be quite traumatic and disturbing for you.

spirits seem to be wiggling more effectively into my routine lately, i blocked them out as a teen and theyve recently decided ... or ive recently decided subconciously to let them back in, but they woke me up with wispers attention seeking movement a few times last night, any suggestions? grounding back to a sense of my body seemed to help but only went so far. in the morning i had all kinds of blocks put up but opened them cuz i dont like the sensation.

my lack of knowledge makes me uncomfortable, you guys seem to know a little more :)
