Casting spells for myself

Just wondering if anyone else has problems casting for themselves. I am very successful at casting for friends and family but when I cast for myself the spells never seem to work. I've been casting for almost twenty years now and just can't figure out what the problem is. Any suggestions?

It might be because your subconscious doesn't want certain things to happen, because certain spells would lead you into a worse state of being. It could be karma.
It could also be that there's just some hesitance or fear depending on what you're working on. If you really want to change this though I'd recommend meditating on it to see why it is this way.
