Books on Tarot Cards
By:

Hey so it's been about a year since I was last on here, and I'm trying to get back into Tarot Cards but I'm having a problem of remembering what certain cards are. So I was wondering if anyone has anyone recommendations for books on tarot cards. I know most decks nowadays, come with a book explaining what a card means etc, but I'm not really able to buy a new set since a lot of them are 15+ and I'm currently in a bit of a tight spot regarding money etc. So yeah anyone got any recommendations?

Thank!

Hey, so some of my top recommendations would have to be

Tarot For Beginners by BarbaraMoore

Tarot And Astrology by Corrine Kenner and...

Book Of Thoth by Aleister Crowley

I have the Tarot For Beginners and Tarot And Astrology book and they both really improved my knowledge on Tarot and helped me gain a better understanding of the cards and differenttypes of spreads. I have not read Book of Thoth but one of my great friends has it and he said it was a pretty good book. Really hope these books help you or even semi-help you!

If you are a beginner I would not recommend the Book of Thoth unless you have the Crowley Deck. I use these cards and they are extremely complicated. However they are extremely accurate.
Most decks are based upon the Rider/Waite deck interpretations.
