Fluffies

How do I tell the difference between a real spell and a fluffy spell? All the spells I've tried so far are fluffy!

Even the ones I wrote. I'm sorry. I wrote them in here before I tested them.

If a spell didnt work,it does not mean it was Fluffy
It could have been wrongly Casted. Many factors contribute to spells failing...You can tell the difference based on common sense for one thing.A spell that will make you fly like a bird or change into a superhero would be Fluffy..As always if you are asking this Question you have not learned basics yet

Well, I know that becoming a superhero or growing wings would DEFINITELY be fluffy, because common sense. But how can I know that the love spells or summoning spells for instance are legit?

Educate yourself on what magic is, how it works, what it can do and what it cannot do. That would be a start.

Things real magic can't do:

  • Physically change your body in unnatural ways eg. wings
  • Give you superpowers eg. telekinesis, pyrokinesis, flying
  • Break natural laws eg. teleport, stop time
  • Physically turn you into something nonhuman eg. werewolf, vampire, mermaid , Kim K .
  • Change your eye color
  • make your hair grow unnaturally fast
  • Make you immortal or reanimate corpses

Magic doesn't make impossible things happen. It makes realistic outcomes more easily obtained.

If you want an example of Fluffy Magick
According to some folks like me
Read books by Amber K and Scott Cunningham

Really? Cunningham? I would say D.J. Conway and Silver Ravenwolf, but even though I love Cunningham, I admit some things he says are rather loose and 'do what you feel like'. Nothing wrong with that, but for a new pagan a little conviction is nice.

It's been said above, but any spell that claims the impossible, or instant, dramatic results will not work. Magick used in spells is a natural energy and when you cast a spell you are essentially influencing this energy to bring a desired change to you.

I mean, how can I know for sure that spells on here that are not under "fantasy" are not fake/will work?

Such as these categories...

Love, Glamor, Telepathy, Conjuring, Summoning, and such.

Most commonly it is best to write your own spells, but as has been stated, common sense is key.

Telepathy spells won't work for instance, but some spells simply are not going to work, for example: if a love spell contains the use of herbs that are not correlated to love, or if all the spell is, is a sentance with so mote it be written three times on the end (which is very common).

Honestly I would say learn a lot before you try to tell them apart, after a while you will learn to differentiate between the real and the fake.
