Visualization

Hello all, I am new to spell casting, I haven't casted any spells as of yet. I am trying to learn the basics before I do. The problem that I am having is with visualization, I read around and I have seen different ways to do it. I have stared at a photo and I done the apple one. I close my eyes after I stare at the object but when I close my eyes I see darkness or my mind wonders off to something else. Any help will be appreciated. Is there a easier way for me to do this? To the ADD witch, meditate and learn to focus your mind. Tell yourself what you are seeing aloud and your mind will follow.

If you can imagine something then you are visualizing it.

Actually it is not simple to visualise is to see without sight you must see every angle at once and yet see none of then

To visualise see the object and memorize ever facet then close your eyes and "push" your image into reality
