hi guys i have a question i always forget what's the different about spells and rituals please can you tell about this ?

Most spells, or probably all spells, have some form of ritual. But rituals are performed in most forms of worship. The Catholic Mass is a ritual for instance. Therefore, a spell is a ritual; but not all rituals are spells.

I think when doing a very important spell that can last more than a day or making sure you get want you need, the ritual spell is perfect a spell that make sure you get what you need. It's pretty much you add in your stuff that symbolize you want and get it done.

They are similar, so I find it hard to define them. Basically a spell you are asking for something while a ritual you are worshiping [or giving thanks for] something. A ritual could be done on a holiday to thank a deity for a harvest while a spell could be cast to protect the crop from insects. Both don't necessarily need a deity involved, but most do. Hopefully I helped instead of made things worse.
