Aura cleansing

Hello. I am just starting on this path, and am wondering what is the best way to shed negative energy so I can proceed and actually bloom magickally? I desire to cleanse before I proceed. Any and all help is most appreciated! Thank you.

I have read about different techniques, but am unsure which one is "right" for me. Lots of energy to shed.....

I recommend using meditation to get rid of negative energy within yourself.

A good way to rid of negative energy around you (your room, property, home) is using sage or sage incense, and a good purification spell.

I find that "reversal" is the best way, turn all the negative energy in to positive energy, energy can be transformed quite easley

I hadn't thought of a smudge! Meditation is a great technique, I shall work more on focus techniques. And I shall visualize all the bad turning into good~thank you both for these tips!
