for what its worth, what is the role of the honey if any in the recipe?

reason i ask is that honey has some significant components not found in syrup or sugar. it is a "product" of the bee's labor and is also a source of b vitamins and some key trace minerals.

this is just me, but I would not sub for honey, but like I said, you know your recipe better.

anyways, Good Luck!

I don't know if there is any special reason why it is honey, but I'm searching for a vegan substitute.

well...

I agree with agave nectar as a natural sub and you very rightfully realize that refined sugar is no way to go

im a bit of a honey connisuer I get mine from a local apiary and I know exactly what the bees were doing (different kinds of plants can change the honey composition) and the pasteurized stuff from the grocery store just doesn't cut it for me.

lol...im into my honey...what can I say...and like I said, there are trace minerals you just don't get from anything else but high quality honey.

would it be too much to ask for your results with the tea? it sounds interesting.

Thank you for your answer. I've found it as a recipe for telepathy. Probably to support it. It is good that you know where you get your honey from. I've never liked the taste of honey anyway to it is easy for me not to eat it.
