Are top spells the ones that have the most? success. How are they rated to be top spells.?

They are likely to be rated by difficulty level or the level of credibility or succes that that spell has but all spells are powerful and should be taken seriously(the power that a spell has comes from the person who cast it not from the idea that the spell by itself is powerful)

anyone can rank a spell or article on this site. a person could post something no-working,t hen rank it them self, ask their friends on the site to rank it 5 stars, or make a bunch of fake accounts to rank their own spell 5. rank is a flawed system but mostly because of dishonesty. the rank can help you determine if a spell is working, because for the most part good spells are ranked, but ask yourself 'does this make sense?' remember magick is a force of nature, so if something in a spell goes against nature, it most likely won't work.
