Power to wish spell

Hello can anyone who's casted the spell in the name above by alphaman 5328 know how to make the wish they made happen, is there a specific way to make the wish appear or occur ? I will be grateful for answers but no shunning the people who agree with wish spell.

Well, after reading the spell, it seems a little far fetched to begin with and not really thought out. I personally would not trust it.

Hello if the spell isn't thought out properly then no it will probably not work.
