Peppermint tea is wonderful for a sick stomach. Also ginger tea is good, works best on motion sickness and if you are sick with a bug. But the one I use is chamomile and peppermint together. It is good for calming the body. Try the chamomile and mint. But if the nausia is the biggest problem, just use the peppermint. Hope this helps. It does work, as I use it myself and my family and friends. Blessed Be...

The stone red jasper is suppose to help with anxiety. I have one that I use during meditation for my anxiety and it helps a lot. If you cleanse and charge the stone when you get it, and keep it with you it should help ease the tension. I hope we have helped.

Lavender is also a wonderful herb for anxiety. It can be used as a tea or in the essential oil form.

You can apply it to the neck, wrists, behind the ears, etc. If you need too, the oil can be diluted with olive oil so that it doesn't irritate the skin.

Lavender tea can be made by placing a few tablespoons of the dried (or fresh depending on what you can find) flowers into a cup of boiling water. When the tea has finished steeping, strain it and add honey or sugar for added sweetness. This tea can be used to treat headaches, stress, anxiety, etc.

I use a lot of it for my daughter when she isn't feeling well. It helps soothe her. It also works really well in dream pillows to help with sleep.
