ren/ secret name

in Egyptian mythology the ren I one of the five parts of the soul. I contains the secret name that they believe was everything on earth had. it was the most powerful thing anyone could poses.
now that you have back round knowledge I was wondering if anyone new any meditation or spells or anything you could do to find your ren

I would personally put myself into a trance when I know I will have some alone time, and I'd focus on any names I hear and sift through them, looking for the one that makes me feel like I'm "whole."
Or you could possibly try different forms of divination.
