new and need help

hi I'm am new here and in need of help, I used to practice but due to an individual/s saying and thinking that I had to much power when I first started I was bound. I can still do minor spells and since spirits and others I have lost the ability to access my full power, I was told that if I coul it would eventually be my death. I don't do anything to harm others but I am tired of feeling caged I can still focus chockras but can't use. if any one can help I would be great full it has bin many years since I tried to do anything. to be honset before the binding many would feel overwhelmed in my presence and uncomfortable but I have never tried to harm others in any way.

the best way I know how to compare or explain is it is like I have a regulator on me that is choking me down.
