heal physical wounds on the body? Or make your immune system stronger so you heal faster? Serious question. Say you're getting some kind of surgery, or you have cancer. is there any spells or prayers you can say before you have the surgery to make it go smoothly and not cause any scarring or other complications?

To be honest I know nothing about healing magic, however about the "scarring" I dont think anything can be done to stop scarring since thats part of the bodys natural healing process and any kind of healing magic I would think would work with the body and the bodys natural processes.

(On a personal note tho, I know healing is possible through magic my grandpa fixed the backlegs of a baby goat and extended the life of his German-Shepard to almost 20 which is bizarre for canines of that size.)

Considering no one has bothered to reply yet
I have to say really it depends on the type of healing and wound.
I cannot surely say they can heal someone right up but I can say this.
Certain spells can speed up the healing process of a wound others can be used to nullify pain some can be used as a quick fix for a cut or bruise but if the injury is bad enough it may take a powerful healing expert to really clear up a wound or injury fully and completely perform miracles. Although magick cannot perform miracles it can be helpful but it's not like the movies.
Although they can provide hope and better help than simply praying and hoping for an answer.
I'm no expert I'm really a beginner but I can say that there's always a chance that these things can happen. I mean rules were meant to be broken or challenged right? Also please disregard my lack of correct punctuation it's very late.

NO one has bothered because this is NOT possible. There are NO spells to 'speed' healing only medicine and herbs can do that. There are NO spells to nullify or 'quick fix' wounds or cuts or bruises. There are NO spells that are used willy nilly like this. Go back to your studies and learn more....

thank you Myth I wish we could make all the newbies KNOW that doing spellcasting is a complicated thing that is 'not' done willy nilly or for revenge or any of the other ridiculous things I've seen asked for. Does anyone want to 'know' how to do spells properly ? STUDY !!!!!

I was just asking. Isn't that what this website is for? It's not like I asked a compleatly stupid question either, like "how to turn into a mermaid" I'm bearly a bigginer so cut me some slack. -__-

Great yes this is what this website is for. Tho anyone who 'studies' this for any length of time ( inc a beginner not bigginer ) would know by now the limits that magic has. It is sometimes 'miraculous' tho for someone whose done it for 'years'. Uh and bearly is barely so the spelling errors don't do much for your credibility. Just study some more and 'then' ask questions about things that are ( in this case ) far from where you should be. Do you know how to meditate ? Raise energy ? Focus energy ? Correspondences ?

for the person having the surgery, they should keep their strength, so i would let them cast. however, if there was a way they could have a charm with them, say under their pillow during the operation, then you could try that. the charm should be protection, to make sure the operation goes smoothly, and to protect them through the recovery. HOWEVER i know of no spell, and i don't think there is one, that would prevent scars. there's creams that have been made to fade scars. personally i don;t see why someone would want that, scars are badges, you can point to them and tell a story. maybe that's just accident prone me talking though lol.

Well put Nekoshema tho in hospitals they don't allow any kind of thing ( charm ) in the operating room when they operate. Sterility issues etc. The charm could be placed in the room so that recovery could go well there.
