Hello and merry meet everyone! I just want to strike up a conversation about tarot. I have a few questions:
What was your first tarot deck?
Was it a gift or did you get it yourself?
What deck(s) do you currently have?
Are there are any deck(s) you want to get?
What's your favorite Tarot deck?
To answer my own questions:
-My first deck was a printed out BOTA deck that I colored in
-Of course, I printed it up myself
-I currently have a Hanson-Roberts deck.
-I want to get The Enochian Skrying Tarot deck (It seems so cool!)
-I don't have a particular favorite
All right, people-let's talk tarot!
-My first tarot deck was the "Radiant Rider-Waite Tarot."
-I bought it for myself
-I have the "Radiant Rider-Waite Tarot," "The Halloween Tarot," and "Tarot Manga."
-There are only two decks I want to get and they are "Paulina Tarot," and "Joie de Vivre Tarot."
-My favorite deck is the "Radiant Rider-Waite Tarot." I can't depart from it and it been 3 years since I got it.
-my first deck was a beginners set got it for christmas -my current deck is the vampires tarot of the eternal night deck bought at borders - i love the deck i have havent wanted any others
My first deck was the Goddess Guidance Oracle. My present deck is the Imperial Dragon Oracle Tarot deck (which despite being called an oracle, is still a technical tarot deck). Both were gifts to me. I do not want any other deck than my Imperial Dragon. I feel the closest and strongest connection to it. So I guess you can say it is also my favourite deck, but I don't see it as such over any other.
In no particular order:
1. Goddess Guidance Oracle Cards
2. Goddess Inspiration Oracle (neither of these first two are tarot decks but they are as empowering to me as they are beautiful)
3. Hanson-Roberts Tarot Deck (It's full of rich symbolism and it comes in a conveniently small size!)
4. Rider-Waite Tarot Deck (best deck to start)
5. Enochian Skrying Tarot (I've never had this deck but it just seems like an awesome deck!)
6. The Celtic Tarot (My aunt has this deck and it is a very good deck!)
My first deck was the Gilded Tarot. I bought it myself, at Borders about a year ago. I currently have two decks, the Gilded Tarot and Animal Messages. There are so many decks I would love to have, but it would be impractical to buy them all. I honestly don't feel like listing them since there's so many. XD I don't really have a favourite right now, as I've only used one of my decks so far. Once I've used a few more I'll decide upon a favourite.

4. there arent any decks that are out that i currently want to get, but there is an ouroboros deck slated to come out in december that i want
6.i am currently partial to my arthurian tarot, however, i really have no favorite deck when it comes to them all.
on a side note, if you liked the goddess inspiration tarot, the same artist did make a goddess tarot (the same one i have listed above) that is just as amazing as her oracle deck.
