this herb is a very useful tool in meditation, it invokes a mental state of pure awareness that emotion cant disrupt, a very useful tool in meditation, also balances your energy and auric fields, but its not a high, so if you want it for that you best just stop right now its nothing like that and it definitely wasnt made for that

Nice work, Juanky.

Blue lotus can also be used as a (very mild) sedative. Usually in tea form. Although you can get blue lotus martinis. ;)

Also, the smell of blue lotus is said to be very relaxing.

I do not mean to sound rude, but you did not exactly make a great post here. I doubt that everyone knows that this herb is smoked after being sun-dried and grinded.

I personally have never tried this particular herb, but I have tried similar ones. Such as the leaves and stems of the Damiana plant. They are both good for relaxing and meditation. But there is no risk in the use if either as they are both legal and neither are (physically) addictive.
