my head is spinning in my dreams its like i can't handle anything in my own head it's like is there any way possible anything a way i can over power it???????????????

Im not saying its for sure but a spirit or your sub-contentious may be trying to tell you something. My best idea would be to meditate...

I would recommend meditation as well or some type of mind calming spell on for relaxation peace would be suitable for you

Meditate and while doing it call out to anything that may be trying to call too you

my theripist has sugested it i guess i'll have to ask about it she is my theripsit in all but i don't know what kind of powers i have and i have know idea how to unlock them i tried to call a witch power but nothing happen at all it feels like im part of but i don't know what im apart of yet.
