I was just on spells of magic and focused my energy through my body , like a meditation and all of a sudden the pen on my dext kinda turned 360 degrees i am kinda skeptical so i need to know what this is... it happen twice now! could this be my own energy moveing it without me aware?

Many people would call this telekinesis. Not everyone believe it is real or that it works in the way you have described but at least that give you somewhere to start looking.
