HELP

my friend is a begginer and well she has problems you see she wants to see a spirit guide but she cant even concentrate and thats why she cant see it. she jst has too many things in her mind and i cant help her that much so i was wondering could you help her?

I suggest that she practice meditation in order to help her concentrate, maybe she is trying to rush things, and by doing that she will not be able to see her guides.

Tell her to take things slow, practice and she will achieve.
