I have not heard of such spells, but you can always try meditation, and soft music.

I have heard of one where you combine flowers and herbs that smell nice (lavender, rose, etcetera) to your pillowcase and having the aromatherapy helping you sleep. It helps me a lot of nights.

There is no spell to not need sleep. Melatonin supplements, and a week's prescription of sleeping drugs could work, though. Sleep hygiene is also important. Your GP can give you more information.

I recommend meditating upon a peaceful, calming energy. Focus upon the state of mind you experience when you are sleeping. If you are able, pick up upon the calm of restful sleep from others in your home.

Take this calm energy and let it fill your mind, overtake you, and it can put you, or others, to sleep.

herbs that help with Sleep Aid usually are: Lavender, Valerian Root(add caution),Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, St.Johns Wort

The first step is no stimulants (such as caffeine in tea, coffee, coca cola) after 4pm

The second step is to try some sort of hypnotic. Different people will respond to different combinations of hypnotic and so...you find something that suits

I would not recommend any types of drugs for you if you really want to then you should talk to licenced doctor or any medical professional
