Compelling oil

Im working on a basic truth spell that requires a compelling oil. yet, i don't know where i would by it (ie website) or how to make it. so im asking if anyone else that would know where to get it or how to make it?

this is one way i have heard to make it: 3 drops clary sage, 3 drops lavender, 3 drops pine, 3 drops calmus rot or marigold leaves.

If you wish to influence a persons will by a compelling oil I would add ground allspice to your potion.
