I can`t talk in the chatter!
It says something about you must Agree with the rules of the chat.

I think you just have to click the blue "agree" button and agree to all the new rules.

Yes, I just tested it, but since Chat messages aren't saved(at least I don't think they are) and the punishment is permanent, I would just avoid the Chatter if at all possible. I, personally, never cared for it anyways.

you know...if you actually READ the rules before agreeing to them...that might help.
If you dissagree to the rules, then noone is forcing you to be in the chatter. If you agree to the rules, then you must also follow them. If you brake a rule in the chatter, that is a permanent gag.
