Okay so I know this is probably just some normal thing, but I'm still thinking it means something bad. So anyway, I'll be having some sort of dream, traveling between dreams inside my owns and alternating between dream dimensions and universes and then there is always a way, ALWAYS I will either be fatally wounded or murdered or die someway at the end of every dream, right before I wake up feeling the pain from how I died in the dream
Just a mental/sensory thing. Some dreams can be so realistic and intense that you can feel the pain of an injury even after you wake from the dream. Its quite common.
It isn't uncommon to have physical symptoms matching the symptoms you have in your dreams. Being breathless and aching in places is normal after a seemingly real dream.
The generic meaning of death or being hurt in dreams represents wanting to leave or escape a certain situation you are in.
However, Dream meanings just like any other form of symbology in divination, differ person to person. Something that has a meaning to me may have a different meaning to you. You should spend some time thinking over what this dream means to you.

I tend to think of dreams that take place in an alternate, or parallel dimensions are callings and even warnings from yourself or a "form" of yourself trying to direct the course of your life in a certain way. In this case, probably begging you not to make similar actions or mistakes that could lead to dreadful mistakes or regrets you would have later in life.
This is only one point of view that could be helpful, and not necessarily correct.
