Well, let's start with a couple of facts here:

Wicca and Witchcraft are not necessarily the same thing. Although Wiccans are Witches, not all Witches are Wiccan. Wicca is a modern Pagan religion which was started by Gerald Gardner in the 1930's. It was not made public until 1954 and did not come to the US until the 1960's. So if anyone in your family is Wiccan you can probably find out by asking them as they are most likely still living.

The Salem Witch Trials had nothing to do with Witchcraft and everything to do with politics and greed. None of those executed in Salem were Witches. They were simply people that were not liked by others in the village and were accused of Witchcraft because if they were convicted the accuser got to take their land and all of their goods.

Now, if you want to find out whether you had any ancestors that lived in Salem and if one of those ancestors might have been one of the unlucky ones executed I would suggest reading up on how to do genealogical research to trace backwards from yourself. It's a lot of work and it often is a slow process, but it is rather like a giant puzzle that's a lot of fun to do. I've managed to trace my own family back into the 1500's. But don't start off assuming you are related to anyone. Start with yourself, then your parents and grandparents and move back from there one step at a time. You might be amazed at what you can learn about your ancestors and their part in history.
