Read Franz Bardon! Start with "Der Weg zum Wahren Adepten" (I dont know how it was translated to english, here is Brazil its called "O caminho para tornar-se um verdadeiro Adepto" - "The way to become a real Adept").
Franz Bardon lived a little ago (World War Two) and killed Himself because Hitler really wanted to take his knoledge and habilities. His books are Masterpieces for sure!

One of the best books I've ever bought is called "A Druid's Herbal of Sacred Tree Medicine" by Ellen Evert Hopman. It's about the history of Druid Tree Magick and how the magickal properties of the trees actually correspond with the scientific properties. It also explains a little bit about Druidry in general and offers some Druid spells for use alongside the information in the book. Highly recommended!
