Mind

I was wondering if there was any herbal remedy that would help the mind and sooth its traumatic past so as to not interfere with the person to the point of complete stopping(eyes, breathing, motor skills, etc...) all of these are temporary but last for 2-20 minutes long and are frequent the said person is already seeking medical help from professional doctors but to no avail any prescribed medicine does not help but seem to worsen the effects of the trauma any helpful remedies or suggestions would be much appreciated

You could try a spell that blocks out memory, so that the past won't influence the person anymore?

You mean like PTS alleviation? Based on personal experience, I like to recommend herbs like lavender, chamomile, mint, and licorice root. Always check with your primary care physician before incorporating daily doses of any kind of holistic remedy into your diet. But yoga and guided meditations geared towards anxiety prevention and lowering your cortisol levels are also equally beneficial.

@Beagna sorry I don't believe in the mind altering magic to the extent that you are suggesting I believe that it exists but I don't follow it because I see it as wrong even though it could be used for good sometimes and @patgabz I was just informed today that in fact it is PTSD and she will ask her doctor in tomorrows visit to see if these could be used to help her I'm unsure if there are progressional stages in PTSD after being diagnosed with it currently researching it and didn't find anything like that apart from the transition periods where they start and end over the years. thank you both for posting and may you have a good day or night
