The Hera is located inside your body, 3-inches below your Navel.

The hara is the word for "stomach". I think what you are looking for is the lower Dan Tien. In Chinese medicine, they do not use the concept of chakra. They are an Indian concept. In TCM there are three energy centers, the lower Dan Tien, which is where the chi is stored. As it fills, the chi converts to jing, and is stored in the middle Dan Tien, which is the heart center. As the jing grows, it changes to shin, which is stored in the upper Dan Tien, which is in the head. In general, the lower Dan Tien is equivolent to the first and second chakra, the middle is equal to the third and fourth, and the upper is the same as the fifth and sixth.

LVX,

Shawn.
