It's always possible that these things just happened by random chance, so try to keep a detailed journal for a while to see what else happens. Sometimes having good luck will manifest in little tiny details or in avoiding disaster you had been heading for.

It may also have to do with your astrological luck right now (this Chinese year is going to be full of extreme luck - very good and very bad).
