Vampires were real. They were a different race that were not bred with blood or transforming. They were just like humans but with different skills and abilities. But as far as I know they are extinct. If you do not believe in this thread then do not post a reply.

What makes you say it is rubish? Why does your beliefs make more sense than mine? People are on here all the time trying to tell me how the world works but most of them are not even adults yet. What gives them to right to tell me how the world works when they are barely out of infancy in a world that is far older than they can imagine.

The bible speaks of a race which was here before man and the egyptians spoke of the immortal ones who feasted on blood the idea being it contained the persons life force. The Norse also had the draugrs of course these beings are most likely not around anymore and of course were probably not like vampires in pop culture who can turn into bats and when they're killed turn into dust and such that all came from bram stoker.

I agree wiccandiety. Hollywood has fantasized vampires too much. I think that if they do exist then they are of another race entirely.

If you look around your realize there are millions of skills out there and making it into a different species is just prejudice

The thing about it though is that they are not another race. There is a vampire community but they are all human. They identify strongly with the term 'vampire'. It is just someone who gets their energy from somewhere else. Completely human. In fact, we all could identify with the term because we are heterotrophs. ;)

In fact, I think this is what the vampire community is trying to swipe away. Just like people did with the word 'witch'.
