recently i've been having trouble sleeping and it's beginning to scare me. I don't have trouble getting to sleep it's the staying asleep part. My friends often come over and stay in my bed with me and all have reported me panicing, shaking, sweating, and sleep "suffocating." many things have happened in my life but overall idk why this is happening. I get up at 3 in the morning for my first job then head out to ellis after that so I do need the sleep. Any ideas on why i'm panicing in my sleep or tips on how to make it stop would be appreciated. Thanks amd blessed be.

I have panic disorder and have had that problem many times before from panic attacks in my sleep waking me up. It's a very scary feeling. Try meditation before you sleep to soothe your worries. Breathe slowly and deeply before sleep. You may want to see a doctor to make sure you have no sleeping disorders as well.
