Questions

So I have a friend who is having visions at school and I found out a psychic shield might help, but I have no idea how it is created and I need to learn how to do it so I can teach her. Any ideas?

Tell her to meditate, then visualize a glowing ball in her solar plexus chakra, tell her to feel that energy in side her. Then the ball gets bigger and bigger until it surrounds her body like a bubble. The sheild will repel and keep negativity away, I don't think that it will dampen her abilities. Psychic abilities are a gift, a part of you. I dont think you should throw it away.

Visions are great! Do not neglect the gift. :)
