Get some Turmeric, (preferably get it at a specialty store of if you can) and mix it with a bit of honey in a small bowl. Take a few deep breaths and hold the image in your mind of your hands healed and feeling soft and good. Feel what that would be like, the sense of touching your hands healed, and hold that while breathing slowly. Then rub your hands together until you feel them warm them face your palms together with space between them as if you are holding a ball. Keep holding the sense of your hands being healed and make it a certainty, as if you feel it is really true. Then breath and feel energy go out your hands to form an energy ball between them. Move your palms around a bit as you do this and really feel the tingle this energy is creating. Then go back to your image of healthy hands and channel it into the ball, really feeling the ball charge with it.

Then place your hands on either side of the bowl and feel all that energy and the image of health go into the bowl, charging the contents. Keep doing that for a few minutes until you feel the tingle through the bowl. Then before you take a shower in the morning or at night, rub your hands with the mixture. Be careful, because turmeric stains clothes badly so best not wear anything. Let the mixture be rubbed and feel the healing charge go in. Stay with that for ten minutes, then rinse with water.

Try to find organic/natural soap, the simplest kind, not soap with a lot of ingredients. Stop using creams too and especially don't use antibacterial soap. You should feel a difference from the first try. Tell me if it works out.

Try making a tisane with Comfrey leaves. Soak your hands in the warm infusion several times a day, or as often as you can. Comfrey is a *miraculous* healer.

I'd also look for Calendula oil. Calendula can't be adequately infused in water. It has resins that can only be extraced through oils, but you can buy prepared Calendula oil at health food stores.

Read "The Herbal Medicine-Makers Handbook" by James Green for more how-to information on medical herbalism.
