Hello, I was wondering if anybody knew any spells or something else that help to cure insomnia?

Thank you,
Be blessed,

Whenever I get insomnia
I either take advantage of it and get work done,
or if I really need to sleep
I go into a deep meditation while laying in bed.
Try drinking warm milk or tea,
get your sleeping area to smell really nice,
make your bed as comfortable as possible,
and go into a deep deep meditation once you are ready to sleep.

I've been 'blessed' with insomnia since I was a child. I have trouble going to sleep, then trouble staying asleep. If I'm lucky, I may get a couple of hours sleep in a night. Nothing seems to help. I've tried all the remedies. Even sleeping pills don't work. Most don't work at all, the ones that do, quit working after a couple of weeks.
I finally gave up. I figure I've lived twice as long as normal people, because I don't spend so long in sleep. lol.

I would suggest Chamomile tea, German Chamomile if you can get it, it promotes relaxation and restful sleep. It works wonders when nothing else will. See, not everything is accomplished by a spell. Matter of fact most of the magickal traditions out there are not based around spells.

well if ur of age just do shots.ya do enough and u'll b out like a light in no time.also the fun thing about insomnia is that ur half in half out.so u can do some really fun stuff depending on the time.a good example would be when me and my buddy got pulled over on the way to work. the second the lights came on i started willing him to give us a warning then get back in his car and drive to the dunkin donuts across from work. low and behold he did.

Thank you, I'll try those out.
I can't do shots though, only 14, but thank you for the suggestion.
